Kayak & Boat Delivery
Most kayaks and boats ship via freight carrier. We work with you directly to coordinate delivery to your address. Freight shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted by phone for large items. We ship throughout the continental US.
Accessories & Small Items
Paddles, gear, and accessories typically ship via UPS or FedEx within 2–3 business days. Standard ground shipping rates apply. Expedited options available at checkout.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up in person? Visit us at our showroom at 5300 Hwy 70 W, Morehead City, NC. Free local pickup available — just give us a call ahead to confirm availability.
Custom Rigged Kayaks
Custom rigged kayaks require additional build time (typically 1–2 weeks) before shipment. We'll contact you with a specific timeline once your order is placed. Rush builds may be available — just ask.
↩ Returns & Exchanges
Accessories & Gear — 30 Days
Unused accessories and gear in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Kayaks & Boats
Due to the size and nature of watercraft, all kayak and boat sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We strongly encourage customers to try before you buy at our waterfront rental location.
Custom Rigged Kayaks
Custom rigged builds are non-refundable once rigging has begun. If there's an issue with the build, we'll make it right — call us at (252) 499-9911.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours at trustywatersports@gmail.com. We'll handle the freight claim and get a replacement out to you.
